Dilip leads the Amazon Q Business organization, including Amazon Q Business, Amazon Q Apps, Amazon QuickSight, and AWS App Studio. Dilip joined Amazon in July 2003 and has held a variety of roles in Amazon’s consumer business. He is credited for helping bring cutting-edge AI and machine learning to Amazon’s core retail systems. He has led teams responsible for global retail pricing and promotions strategy, retail supply chain management, worldwide customer demand forecasting, and affiliate marketing strategy, as well as serving for two years as Jeff Bezos’s Technical Advisor. Sirish joined Amazon in 2016 and held various engineering and product responsibilities across Amazon Aurora and Amazon RDS before taking on his current role as Director of Amazon Redshift. Prior to joining Amazon, Sirish was an executive at Dropbox, where he held various roles focusing on their B2B offering—Dropbox for Business—supporting the company’s scaling efforts throughout a sustained period of hypergrowth. Before Dropbox, Sirish was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked across a range of strategy, operations, and technology issues with companies around the world. Rick Sears leads strategic direction and overall performance as the General Manager for Data Processing and Governance Services at AWS. Shaown joined AWS five years ago and currently leads technology for AWS Global Sales. He and his worldwide team partner with a range of customers, from startups to large enterprises, to build innovative solutions that transform their businesses and industries. Prior to joining AWS, Shaown served as Chief Information Officer at Dow Jones and Head of Shared Services at News Corp, one of the first enterprise organizations to adopt cloud technology.
