Purchasing 10-49 tickets
For every 10 re:Invent full conference tickets purchased at $1,949 each ($150 discount), you’ll receive one full conference ticket free. You can purchase up to 49 tickets directly through the re:Invent registration site via credit card, or by billing to your AWS account. The free tickets you are eligible for will be added to your account automatically within three business days of purchase.
Purchasing 50 or more tickets
For every 50 re:Invent full conference tickets purchased at $1,949 each ($150 discount), you’ll receive five full conference tickets for free. To begin a 50+ tickets purchase request, fill out the purchase request form and a customer support agent will follow up with you, usually within one business day.
Flight vouchers available with Delta Air Lines
Fly to Las Vegas with Delta, the preferred airline of AWS re:Invent.
Our international non US-based attendees are eligible for $1,000 in Delta flight vouchers for every 10 tickets purchased through the Group Ticket Offers program. Please email our customer support team at awsreinvent-support@amazon.com for more details and to confirm your eligibility. Terms and conditions apply.
All vouchers will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. For the sake of clarity, travel utilizing the vouchers must be booked within one (1) year from the date of issue; however, the travel must be completed within 300 days after the vouchers are booked.

Group ticket offers provide additional rewards for purchasing 10 or more tickets in a single transaction. When you register for re:Invent 2024, you’ll see the option to purchase group tickets. The package comes with the $150 discount baked in to the price. The free tickets you earn as part of the promotion will be added to your account automatically within three business days of your purchase.

No. Program eligibility requires all tickets be purchased on the same day in the same transaction.

To combine multiple requests, please reach out to customer support to discuss your options. You may combine purchases for your company as long as the requests are made on the same day with a single point of contact to manage associated group offer benefits. The re:Invent customer support team can walk you through the option that best suits your needs.

If AWS receives your cancellation notice by October 18, 2024, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice between October 19, 2024, and November 29, 2024, AWS will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice after November 29, 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by AWS and at its sole discretion. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact awsreinvent-support@amazon.com.
Any Group Ticket Offers purchase that is canceled in whole or in part will also cancel the respective free passes. The program offers a free pass for every 10 tickets purchased. If your cancellation brings your purchase below that threshold, the free pass will be removed first.

AWS re:Invent group ticket offers packages can be purchased via credit card or billed to your AWS Account. For packages of fewer than 49 tickets, both payment methods can be accessed directly from the AWS re:Invent registration site. For packages of 50 tickets or more, please fill out the Group Ticket Offer Purchase Request Form and a customer support agent will reach out to you, usually within one business day.

Travel vouchers are provided to group ticket offer purchasers who have an international headquarters. To qualify, you need to purchase a group ticket offers pass package of 10 or more passes and contact customer support at awsreinvent-support@amazon.com with the address of your headquarters. Upon confirmation, the customer support agent will provide the voucher code.

You can book your reservation quickly and easily online by visiting https://www.delta.com/redeem-ecredit/ or by calling Delta Air Lines support. Please note that travel vouchers are provided in US dollars (USD), and any currency exchanges will be calculated at the time of purchase.
